ServiceTitan experience is desired but not a deal breaker. What You'll be Doing: As a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the cornerstone of our operations. You will be one of the primary points of contact between our customers and field technicians, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Answer customer calls, offering professional and attentive service. Schedule service calls and keep technicians efficient. Support field technicians to ensure smooth service. Process service requests and manage escalated calls. Assign customer orders to technicians fairly and efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty. What Makes You Great: Self-starter with the ability to work independently on the weekends. Proficient in ServiceTitan software and data entry. 2+ years of dispatch or call center experience, showing leadership and initiative. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Friendly, customer-first approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations. Eager to learn and adapt to the business, with a focus on urgent customer needs.
