Check out our website: Home - FortisAbout the RoleSelect Home Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to support patients located within the West Lafayette and surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance in the home, helping patients with daily living activities while supporting their comfort, safety, and independence.No attendant care is provided (no housekeeping, errands, or companionship).ResponsibilitiesFollow the instructions of the professional nurse/therapist in providing care.Provide assistance with personal care (bathing, oral care, and dressing)Maintain patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA requirements.Ambulation, positioning, and turning.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
