We are seeking a Hospice Administrator to lead our Goodyear team and ensure patients and families receive exceptional, dignified care during life’s most vulnerable moments. What You'll Do As Hospice Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, team leadership, and service quality for our Goodyear office. Key responsibilities include: Lead and support an interdisciplinary hospice care team Oversee daily office and operational activities Ensure high-quality patient care aligned with individualized plans of care Monitor compliance with hospice regulations, Medicare guidelines, and HIPAA standards Mentor and support staff while fostering a compassionate, collaborative culture Coordinate interdisciplinary team care planning Maintain documentation standards and regulatory compliance Ensure adherence to all state and federal hospice regulations Partner with senior leadership to improve services and patient outcomes What We're Looking For We are seeking a compassionate healthcare leader with strong organizational and leadership skills. Required: Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in hospice Strong understanding of hospice regulations and documentation standards Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred: Hospice Experience Leadership or management experience in healthcare Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is preferred.
