About the JobSignal & Strand is partnering with a leading consumer technology company to hire a Paid Media Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media programs across a complex digital ecosystem, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and retail media channels.This is a performance-driven role for someone who thrives in execution, testing, and optimization. You’ll work across platforms, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable results while continuously improving efficiency and scale.The MandateExecute high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channelsOptimize programs against CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth targetsTranslate strategy into structured campaign plans, budgets, and testing roadmapsPartner cross-functionally to ensure creative, data, and execution are alignedContinuously improve performance through disciplined testing and analysisKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and affiliate networksExecute campaigns across DTC, marketplaces (including retail media), and upper and lower funnel initiativesDevelop audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting, segmentation, and suppressionTranslate growth strategy into actionable campaign plans, budgets, and test-and-learn roadmapsOptimize campaigns against key metrics including CAC, ROAS, and revenue contributionPartner with Brand & Creative teams to develop and refine performance-driven creative assetsBuild and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and report on KPIsAnalyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with Analytics and Marketing Operations on attribution, incrementality testing, and tracking infrastructureManage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring accountability to performance goalsTest and explore emerging platforms and channels to unlock new growth opportunitiesIdeal Profile5+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platformsStrong background in performance marketing within a DTC or ecommerce environmentDeep understanding of CAC, ROAS, attribution models, and performance measurementExperience building and executing audience strategies and structured testing frameworksHands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and affiliate channelsFamiliarity with analytics tools, pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and A/B testingExperience working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and ecommerce teamsExperience managing agencies or external partners is a plusExposure to emerging or non-traditional platforms (e.g., Reddit, Twitch, Discord) is a plusLocation & Work ModelEl Segundo, CAHybrid work model with regular in-office collaborationCompensation$100,000 to $130,000 base salary + bonusFinal package aligned with experience and scope
