Senior Paid Search Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Paid Search and YouTube Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale non-brand Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping campaigns to drive incremental DTC new orders at target CPIA
Analyze campaign performance and attribution signals to identify scaling opportunities and inform spend decisions
Lead and develop a direct report, enhancing the team's output
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in DTC or ecommerce environments
Proven experience in scaling non-brand acquisition and YouTube campaigns with larger budgets
Expertise in Google Ads platform mechanics, including campaign structure and bidding strategy
Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Editor, and attribution tools
Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report
