Project Manager – Architecture (Dallas or Houston)We are partnering with a highly respected, design-forward architecture firm to add experienced Project Managers to their growing teams in Dallas and Houston.This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects from concept through completion while working in a collaborative, design-driven environment known for strong culture and long-term career growth.The RoleThe Project Manager will lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with design excellence, schedule, and budget. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams while overseeing all phases of project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherenceCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomesOversee all phases of design, documentation, and construction administrationEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standardsManage project financials, contracts, and consultant relationshipsMentor and guide project teamsWhat They’re Looking For10–15+ years of architectural project management experience (15+ ideal)Professional degree in ArchitectureRegistered Architect (RA) preferred, but not required for strong candidatesExperience with Revit, AutoCAD, and standard project management toolsStrong leadership, client-facing skills, and technical expertise
