A company is looking for a US-Cost Estimation Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to resolve estimate requests and issues
Generate insured and self-pay estimate statements in compliance with standards
Document all interactions and complete daily worklists to support client commitments
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent experience
No prior experience required
Previous customer service experience is desired
Familiarity with word processing and typing speed of at least 35 WPM is desired
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
