The role involves overseeing the labor and delivery unit, triaging patients, performing vaginal and cesarean deliveries, managing high- and low-risk obstetric cases, handling emergencies, and providing urgent gynecologic consultations and surgeries. The hospitalist will collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other care team members, supervise APPs, support complex surgical cases as needed, and participate in teaching and mentoring of residents and medical students. Responsibilities also include coordinating patient care across imaging, lab, and pharmacy services, and offering a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic services, including routine exams, prenatal and postnatal care, contraception counseling, endometriosis and infertility management, menopausal care, in-office procedures, pelvic prolapse repairs, permanent sterilization, ultrasound imaging, and urinary incontinence treatment.White-glove licensing and credentialing assistanceRf: T65878
