You will also be responsible for partnering with managers to recruit and hire qualified applicants for non-exempt positions. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.What You’ll DoRecruit, interview, and hire qualified job applicants for non-exempt level open positions; collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positionsHandle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staffConduct Exit InterviewsEnter, maintain, and process information in the payroll system; information may include employee’s hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other informationCounsel and guide employees as needed to assist and mediate work related situationsPresent New Hire Induction and Orientation to acclimate new employees to Frost and to strengthen company culture throughout the organizationMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practicesAdminister the FMLA process and ADA requestsOther assigned dutiesAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat You’ll NeedBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceStrong Interviewing and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred SkillsExperience with counseling managers and employeesOur BenefitsAt Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
