Experienced Criminal Defense Attorney

Litigation attorney with 8+ years experience needed for the 15th Circuit/West Palm Beach office of “RC4” -- The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 4th DCA Region of Florida. RC4 is a state agency which provides criminal defense representation to the indigent in cases in which the public defender’s office has withdrawn due to a conflict of interest. RC4 is seeking candidates with a commitment to an assertive, client-centered representation model and to a proactive, pre-trial litigation approach to casework. Previous jury trial experience representing clients facing first degree felonies and higher preferred. Additionally, candidates should possess an ability to excel in a team environment and to meet the demands of a serious crimes caseload. Full-time position with state benefits.
