This role serves as the primary on-site leader and liaison between the project team, subcontractors, and clients.ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirementsAdminister and enforce the project safety program for all subcontractorsMaintain a safe jobsite and support safety inspections and incident investigationsMaintain daily logs of site activities and conditionsManage punch list and closeout processes through owner/architect acceptanceCollaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the project scheduleEnsure proper sequencing, installation methods, and schedule commitmentsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and project partnersEnsure accurate daily documentation of work orders and subcontractor scopes to prevent unnecessary change ordersIdentify issues early and implement solutions proactivelyOrganize and lead the site team, including temporary facilities and utilitiesTrack long-lead items and expedite as neededPartner with project and site operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
