This role requires a seasoned Agile professional who can lead cross-functional teams, drive delivery excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.The ideal candidate brings strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, and coaching teams toward high performance while aligning with broader organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & FacilitationFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesEnsure consistent application of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practicesSupport delivery of complex technology and data platform initiativesTeam Coaching & LeadershipAct as a servant leader to Agile teams, product owners, and stakeholdersCoach teams on self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvementFoster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environmentImpediment Removal & Execution SupportIdentify, track, and proactively remove blockers impacting deliveryDrive issue resolution across cross-functional teams and stakeholdersEnsure alignment with program goals, timelines, and prioritiesMetrics, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report on sprint metrics including velocity, burndown, and progressProvide insights into team performance and delivery trendsPromote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loopsBusiness & Systems Analysis SupportAnalyze business needs and operational challenges to support solution deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and process improvementsAssist in evaluating system capabilities, constraints, and enhancement opportunitiesRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teamsStrong experience facilitating all core Scrum ceremoniesProven ability to identify and remove delivery impedimentsExperience coaching Agile teams on best practices and team maturityHands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira or similarExperience tracking and reporting Agile metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.)Experience working on large-scale enterprise IT or data initiativesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting state or government technology projectsScrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or equivalentExposure to enterprise data, analytics, or digital transformation programsWork EnvironmentHybrid role with a mix of onsite and remote work in Austin, TXOccasional work outside standard business hours may be required (pre-approved)Travel (if required) must be pre-approved and will follow standard reimbursement policies
