Tulip Delivery Lead

We're looking for a hands-on Tulip Delivery Lead to drive the rollout of Tulip applications across a manufacturing site in Indiana. This is a 6–8 month contract role with meaningful ownership — you'll be the go-to person for everything Tulip at the site.You'll own the backlog, build apps when needed, partner with ops, quality, maintenance, and HSE teams, and make sure the platform actually gets adopted on the floor — not just deployed.What you'll doLead end-to-end delivery of Tulip apps — from requirements to go-live across shop floor digitization, quality, and maintenanceBuild and configure Tulip apps locally when needed (this role builds, not just manages)Act as the primary liaison between the site and the Global Tulip teamField incoming requests and "can Tulip do this?" questions from site stakeholdersDrive adoption through training, communication, and floor-level engagementDocument apps, SOPs, and handoff materials so knowledge transfers cleanly at contract endContribute to the existing Tulip Guidance Team and Office Hours cadenceWhat we're looking forHands-on Tulip platform experience — you can build, configure, and troubleshoot independentlyProven delivery lead skills — backlog management, stakeholder intake, driving projects to completionStrong communicator comfortable working in a matrixed environment (local site + global platform org)Familiarity with manufacturing environments — GxP, eBRs, SOPs, and production workflows a plusAbility to train non-technical users on Tulip usage and light citizen developmentSelf-directed with solid documentation habits
