In this role, you will design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, utilizing evidence-based strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis. Your daily responsibilities will include classroom instruction, collaborating with other educators and therapists, fostering effective communication with parents and caregivers, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment for students.QualificationsProficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis and other relevant instructional strategies for supporting special education studentsStrong skills in Communication, including collaboration with families, teachers, and staffBackground in Education with experience or training in Special EducationExperience Working With Children in a classroom or similar settingPassion for supporting the academic and social development of students with varying abilitiesDegree or certification in Special Education, Education, or a related fieldKnowledge of behavior management techniques and state-specific educational standards is an advantage
