If yes, than read on!Do you enjoy providing clients with tax and accounting services including preparation of payroll, sales and use tax as well as annual tax forms such as 1099, 1096, W2 and W3.Successful candidates will need to be ready for a fast paced environment, enjoy problem solving, and working with business professionals. Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and education.What will you be doing?The Accounting Service Specialist - Manager is responsible for supervising and scheduling a small team (1-2 members) of accounting services specialists, handling multiple client engagements, maintaining primary client contact, client monthly billing, client due dates and business development. You will interact with clients on a timely basis, including troubleshooting accounting and software issues and being responsive to their service needs. You will be responsible for identifying any opportunities to improve the client engagement. In addition, you will assign staff to client work deliverables. You will need to review all staff deliverables for accuracy and completeness. And finally, you will need to follow up on all client services opportunities and meet with all prospective clients to create fee quotes for services requested.This position will supervise the department's staff, to include coaching and mentoring, conduct performance evaluations, develop accounting systems to meet client needs and travel to client offices when needed.What benefits are offered?We pride ourselves on excellent working conditions!
