To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience using their in-depth understanding of information systems, security, and computing solutions. This role is required to be on-site at our Windsor Mill location in Baltimore, Maryland.He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate and provide IT service desk support to a hybrid workforce. This role requires knowledge of the MacOS environment and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Basic Requirements:Minimum of an A.S. in applied science (Computer/Network) Will consider two years of college or trade school education in computer, networking, or computer security field3-5 years of experience requiredMust be able to commute daily to our Woodlawn, MD OfficeMacOS and Microsoft WindowsMicrosoft Azure / Entra ID (Active Directory), Microsoft 365 Admin CenterMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot)IT asset management – maintain and track inventoryAdditional Qualifications:A+ and/or Network+ Certification or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Strong time management; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlinesClear and patient communicator, especially with non-technical usersHighly responsive and professional in demeanorKnowledge of FreshService Service Desk SystemResponsibilities:Provide IT service desk support to a hybrid workforceSupport approximately 250 MacOS devices across the organization, with primary responsibility for MacOS support operations within our Baltimore officeManage endpoint configuration, software installations, updates, and security compliance for MacOS devicesConfigure and maintain networked computers (hardware, software, applications)Optimize IT operations for performance and securityManage user accounts, permissions, and security settingsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesJ-18808-Ljbffr
