Early Education Team Member

Job Summary Kids Culture is expanding! We are opening in Rochester! Kids Culture is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Educator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create a warm, engaging environment where young children can thrive socially, emotionally, and cognitively. You’ll implement play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum and partner with families to support each child’s growth. Responsibilities Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with early learning standards Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere Lead hands-on, interactive learning activities Teach early skills in math, literacy, and physical development Use positive behavior guidance techniques Communicate regularly with families about children’s progress Provide attentive care and ensure safety at all times Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs Qualifications Background or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Experience working with children Strong classroom management and organization skills Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers Experience with inclusive practices or special needs is a plus Enthusiastic, patient, and creative approach to teaching Why Work at Kids Culture?
