Area Sales Manager
Position Summary:We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (IC sales role) to drive revenue growth, develop new business, and support key accounts within the region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about improving safety and care outcomes in healthcare settings.Territory: NY,NJ, CT, MA, VT, NH, ME, RI (50% - 70% Travel)Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the post-acute healthcare space.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos and proposal developmentPartner with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Customer Success) to support customer satisfaction and retentionMaintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely forecasts and reportsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology (prefer Senior Living / LTC facilities)Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex dealsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary ($90k-$100k) + uncapped commission, OTE $180k - $200kCar allowance and expense reimbursementComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))Opportunity to join a growing company making a meaningful impact in healthcare
