Our Project Coordinators are placed on a Team to provide administrative and project support to a group of Relationship Managers, Directors, and Project Managers. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to the following:Essential Duties & TasksModify, reformat, and prepare reports and other documents using Microsoft Office SuitePerform data entry and manage large volumes of information with accuracy and speedCopy, paste, and organize content across multiple document templates and formats to ensure consistencyReview reports for accuracy in addresses, project numbers, dates, and formatting before submissionRename, organize, and maintain digital files on the company server and shared platforms (FTP, SharePoint, etc.)Support the project team by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring timely communicationWork closely with Partner Associates to prepare engagement letters, templates, and supporting documentationHandle a high volume of communication via email while maintaining accuracy and professionalismAbility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed in peak workload periodsKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesEditing, combining, and reformatting PDFsExceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documentsHighly tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficientlyExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentNavigate File ExplorerStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with a remote or in-office teamConstruction, engineering, or professional services industry experience a plusQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, document production, or coordination roleProven experience handling large volumes of electronic documents and maintaining file organization standardsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend EnglishMust be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephoneVisual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading printed and digital documentsRequires frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive computer work throughout the dayAdditional Information:This position’s work mode is in-office. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
