Job Description We are looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst to analyze business requirements, perform testing, and develop automation scripts to validate software quality. This position will be full-time and hybrid. What You'll Do Analyze business requirements and prepare corresponding test cases and test data Perform manual and automation testing to validate software functionality and quality Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Java Selenium Identify suitable test cases for automation and ensure timely execution of automation suites Log, track, and report defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure closure Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and share test execution reports and summaries Work independently to manage assigned modules and deliver quality results within timelines Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices What You'll Need Required Bachelor's degree in BE/MCA/MSc (Computer Science or related field). Total Experience: Around 5 years, including Manual Testing: Minimum 2–3 years Automation Testing (Java Selenium): Minimum 2 years Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies Hands-on experience in defect management and test case management tools Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
