AG&E Associates is expanding and seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our growing workforce. This role plays a critical part in delivering a smooth, compliant, and welcoming onboarding experience while also assisting with recruiting and early‑career programs. We are known for our technical excellence, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions across complex projects.Markets We ServeMission Critical & Data CentersAviationAdvanced ManufacturingWhat You Will DoOnboarding & New Hire Support (Primary Focus)Draft and send employment offer letters and new‑hire communicationsCoordinate pre‑employment background checks and, when applicable, reference checksCollect, verify, and upload new‑hire documentation into the HRISCoordinate I‑9 employment eligibility verification in compliance with federal requirementsPartner with IT and Operations to coordinate equipment, system access, and day‑one readinessSchedule and facilitate new‑hire orientation and onboarding trainingServe as a primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a positive experienceRecruiting & Talent SupportAssist with recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidatesScreen resumes and support hiring managers as neededHelp manage internship and early‑career programs, including coordination with schools and universitiesResearch, register for, and assist with career fairs and campus recruiting eventsHR Operations & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records and documentation in the HRISConduct or assist with exit interviews and compile summary feedbackNotify appropriate departments of access changes for employee separationsRespond to routine HR inquiries, escalating sensitive matters as appropriateStay current on HR best practices, employment laws, and internal policies to support complianceWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field requiredStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentProfessional communication skills and a customer‑service mindsetAbility to handle confidential information with discretionPreferred1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or recruiting supportExperience working with an HRIS or applicant tracking system (ATS)Interest in growing within the HR professionWhy Join AG&EAt AG&E, you’ll be part of a collaborative, team‑oriented environment that values learning and mentorship.
