Maintenance Lead | $42–$46/hr.Bethlehem, PA | Pharmaceutical ManufacturingFULLTIME/DIRECT HIREBonus + Stellar BenefitsA growing Pharmaceutical/Chemical manufacturing plant is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to support daily plant operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement activities. This is a hands-on role ideal for a seasoned maintenance professional with strong mechanical expertise and leadership abilities.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical, piping, welding, and basic electrical troubleshooting and repairsSupport preventive/predictive maintenance programs and complete documentationMaintain spare parts inventory to ensure reliable plant operationsProvide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and production staffAssist with equipment upgrades, capital projects, and process improvementsLead and coordinate outside contractors for safe and timely project executionParticipate in root cause investigations and recommend practical solutionsMaintain an organized, safe, and compliant maintenance shop (5S)Follow all OSHA, GMP, and safety/quality proceduresOperate forklifts, lifts, and tools as required. Crane experience preferred.Support occasional weekend or emergency overtimeQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to pass a background check and drug screen is mandatory7–10+ years of plant maintenance experience (chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial)Strong mechanical repair and preventive/predictive maintenance backgroundExperience with pumps, piping systems, rotating equipment, condensers, reactors, and related systemsExperience in GMP-regulated environments preferredAbility to read mechanical drawings and safety documentationSkilled with precision measuring tools (dial indicators, micrometers, calipers)Strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skillsReliable, flexible, and able to respond to maintenance emergencies.Take your maintenance career to the next level—apply today and become a vital part of our team committed to excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing!
