This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a steady MondayFriday schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling a mix of administrative tasks and customer support, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service support via phone and emailPerform data entry and general clerical dutiesAssist with basic office tasks, filing, and document managementUpdate spreadsheets and maintain accurate recordsSupport internal teams with administrative needsUse office software to complete daily tasks (email, Google Sheets, Excel)Assist with light bookkeeping tasks; QuickBooks Online experience is a plusCoordinate with staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-upQualificationsPrevious administrative or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with email, Google Sheets, and ExcelQuickBooks Online experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to multitask and stay organizedReliable, professional, and able to learn new systems quicklyStart DateThe client is ready to bring someone on as soon as possible, with training and support available.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $28.00
