This role is critical to ensuring successful execution of initiatives spanning Slack implementations, AI pilots, workflow automation, and digital transformation programs.The Program Manager will serve as a key bridge between clients, delivery teams, and leadership—ensuring programs are executed efficiently, aligned to mission outcomes, and delivering measurable value.  Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & DeliveryLead end-to-end program management across multiple client engagements, from planning through execution and optimizationTranslate client needs into structured programs with clear goals, milestones, and measurable outcomesEnsure successful delivery of initiatives including Slack implementations, AI enablement, and workflow automationClient Engagement & PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to government clients, building strong relationships and understanding mission prioritiesFacilitate alignment across stakeholders, ensuring programs meet both operational and strategic objectivesSupport change management efforts, including adoption, training, and governanceCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with engineering, architecture, and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutionsCoordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program executionDrive accountability, communication, and transparency across all workstreamsOperational ExcellenceTrack program performance, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issuesEstablish and maintain program governance, documentation, and reporting structuresEnsure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectationsContinuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify opportunities to expand program impact through automation, AI, and improved workflowsApply best practices to scale successful solutions across clients and programsContribute to the evolution of govSlackers’ delivery methodologies  Qualifications8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in consulting, govtech, or enterprise SaaS environmentsExperience working with public sector organizations or regulated environmentsStrong understanding of collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams), enterprise systems, or digital transformation initiativesDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsMust-have proficiency with AI tools for aggregating information, speeding up delivery, and managing multiple projects at scale (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Slackbot).Willing to travel 25%Must be a U.S. Citizen  Preferred QualificationsExperience with Slack, Salesforce, and AI-driven solutionsFamiliarity with change management, training and user adoption strategiesBackground in workflow automation, DevOps, or enterprise integrationsPMP, Agile, or similar certificationExpert proficiency in using Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams within a project management tool (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp).  What Success Looks LikeSuccessful delivery of programs that improve collaboration, efficiency, and mission outcomesHigh client satisfaction and long-term partnership growthMeasurable impact through streamlined workflows, increased productivity, and reduced operational complexityScalable solutions that extend beyond initial engagements  Why Join govSlackersWork at the forefront of modernizing government operations through AI and collaboration technologyBe part of a team with deep expertise and a mission-driven focus on public sector impactOpportunity to lead meaningful programs that directly improve how government organizations operate and serve
