Job Title: Production Associate – Injection Molding (1st and 2nd Shift) Location: Delavan, WI Job Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay Join Our Team! Our client in Delavan, WI is hiring Machine Operators to work in an injection molding production facility. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions, and no prior experience is required — we’re willing to train candidates with a solid work history, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Available Shifts (Monday – Friday) 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Responsibilities Operate plastic injection molding machines and other production equipment Inspect, assemble, and package parts as needed Monitor temperatures, gauges, and machine performance Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Adhere to all safety and health protocols Qualifications 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (infrequent) and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Ability to Commute: Delavan, WI 53115 (Required) Work Location: In person
