We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and mentor on-site maintenance teams, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Work Boot Allowance. On Call and Snow bonus available. Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. Work Order Management: Assign, track, and complete resident service requests in a timely manner. Vendor Coordination: Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors for specialized repairs and services. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols; maintain a safe work environment. Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets; control costs for supplies and repairs. Inventory Control: Maintain adequate stock of tools, equipment, and supplies; track usage and reorder as needed. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs when on call. Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively. Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports. Resident Interaction: Communicate professionally with residents regarding maintenance concerns and timelines. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Capital Projects Support: Assist with planning and execution of major renovations or upgrades. Salt & snow removal duties. Requirements: Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
