Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines. Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools. Cross-train in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly. Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly. Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards. Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines. RequirementsAbility to read measurements on a tape measure accurately. Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English. Willingness to work overtime when necessary. Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn. Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks. MIG welding skills a plus.
