Job Costing Coordinator (On-Site)
$20-24/hr commensurate with experienceIn our time of growth, we are seeking a Job Costing Coordinator to add to the team in Palmetto, FL. Qualified applicants should possess excellent organizational and computer skills, an ability to multi-task, have great communication skills along with an interest in a long-term career path that allows growth within a stable company.ResponsibilitiesMaintain superior standards through detailed order processing and data entry.Create Excel spreadsheets, type in information provided by customers, verify customer information by comparing to source documents.The ability to remain focused and patient is important as is attention to detail.Update existing data and retrieve/repurpose data from a database as required.Assisting sales team in order processing and customer relations.Assisting with any other duties are required.Required SkillsAbility to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgementAbility to ask questions, seek guidance and accept feedbackAbility to perform basic math functions along with moderate calculations and variablesStrong attention to detail and accuracy; takes pride in workWillingness to learn and a positive attitudeAbility to multitask in a dynamic, evolving work environmentMaintaining superior standards through detailed order processingAbility to work from 7am - 5pm, Monday-FridayAbility to prioritize, follow through, and stay on trackAbility to work independently or as part of a teamQualifications And KnowledgeHigh School DiplomaPrevious experience working with Estimators/Project Managers a major plusPrevious experience working in the construction industry preferredAt least 1-3 years of office experience or equivalent educationProficiency in MS Office, primarily MS Excel a mustWorking knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks (preferred but not required)Excellent oral and written communication skills (English required)Positive and energetic demeanorThis is an on-site position
