Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale LUXURY ground-up multifamily projects in the Dallas area, specifically wrap and podium-style developments.This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered $60M+ multifamily projects (200+ units) and is looking to take ownership of high-profile builds with a reputable, well-capitalized general contractor.Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of construction for large ground-up multifamily projectsManage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performanceLead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project EngineersCoordinate with ownership, architects, and key stakeholdersDrive preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and subcontractor buyoutEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsIdentify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle of the projectQualifications:8–12+ years of experience in commercial constructionProven experience managing ground-up multifamily projects ($60M+, 200+ units)Specific experience with wrap and/or podium-style construction requiredStrong financial acumen and ability to manage large project budgetsExperience leading teams and mentoring junior staffProficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)What’s Offered:Base salary: $130,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience)Performance-based bonus structureOpportunity to lead large, high-profile multifamily developments in DFWStrong pipeline of upcoming workCollaborative, growth-oriented cultureClear path for advancement within the organization
