Inventory Control Specialist

Oxford Solutions is working with an industrial equipment supplier in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, PA seeking an Inventory Control Specialist. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role supporting electro-mechanical equipment operations.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning inventory processes, working cross-functionally with production, and driving efficiency in material planning.Responsibilities:Review incoming orders and create bills of material to allocate inventoryManage inventory levels to support production and customer demandAnalyze data and forecasts to anticipate material needsTrack shipments, deliveries, and inventory accuracyUtilize ERP systems to monitor and maintain inventory recordsSource materials, request quotes, and coordinate with suppliersVerify incoming materials meet specifications and quality standardsSupport order fulfillment and maintain accurate system dataPartner with production to address inventory needs and issuesAssist with hands-on work related to electro-mechanical components as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferredExperience in inventory, materials, or supply chain within a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with electro-mechanical components or equipment preferredStrong analytical skills with experience in inventory tracking and forecastingERP system experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work onsite dailyThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a high-impact role with visibility across operations and production.Inventory Control Specialist (Industrial Equipment) - 26-00219#ZRIND123
