Front Desk Administrator - Landscape Company Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our landscaping company. This role is essential in creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily office operations and coordinating communication between clients, crews, and management. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, scheduling, and billing Maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups Scheduling & Coordination Schedule landscaping services, consultations, and site visits Coordinate calendars for field crews and management Update clients on job timelines, delays, or changes Administrative Support Maintain accurate client records and job files Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders Process payments and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks Order and manage office supplies Operational Support Assist with routing and daily crew logistics Track job progress and update internal systems Support marketing efforts such as social media updates or email campaigns (optional) Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish) High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience Experience in landscaping, construction, or service-based industries is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software preferred Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
