At Janitech, we ensure every facility we serve—whether single-site or multi-location—is maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager operating out of the Greater Providence area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key duties include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. This individual will collaborate closely with the sales team and leadership to meet and exceed business objectives.QualificationsSales and business development skills, including client prospecting, relationship building, and lead generation.Strong understanding of contract negotiation and closing deals.Market research and strategic planning skills to drive business growth.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of the janitorial services industry and/or facility supply distribution is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000
