Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physician in Pelvic Medicine and UrogynecologyWe are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Urogynecologist to become part of our Pelvic Medicine and Urogynecology team in Norton Shores, Michigan. This role offers the chance to deliver exceptional care in a nurturing, patient-focused setting.Opportunity Highlights:The position is based at our outpatient Lakes Village office in Norton Shores, MI, where you will collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner.You will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team that includes another Urogynecologist (based in our Grand Rapids office), Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and additional support staff.Your responsibilities will encompass both inpatient and outpatient care, with a schedule of 2-3 days in the office and 1-2 days dedicated to surgical procedures.Enjoy a high surgical volume, with procedures scheduled up to six months in advance.Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, remaining closed on weekends and holidays.Call duties are shared with your Urogynecology partner, with additional support from OB/GYN colleagues to ensure a healthy work-life balance.There is an opportunity to mentor Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows.As a member of our organization, you can expect:A competitive salary package.A signing bonus to welcome you aboard.Relocation assistance to help you settle in.A comprehensive benefits package for both full-time and part-time employees.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.Funding for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and support for licensure.A 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions and matching.Qualifications:We welcome both new graduates and experienced physicians.Candidates must be board certified in their specialty or board eligible, with the expectation of achieving board certification within two years of eligibility.A valid State of Michigan medical license is required upon employment.DEA license is necessary.BLS Certification is required, with ongoing recertification.If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and are looking for a supportive environment to grow your career, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
