The Role We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our team. In this role you will work on audits, reviews, and compilations across diverse industry niches.
Key Responsibilities Lead client audit engagements, including planning, execution, guidance, and completion of financial audits.
Develop advanced technical knowledge.
Expand understanding of GAAS and audit procedures.
Research and analyze financial statement and audit issues.
Acquire working knowledge of client business.
Perform other job-related duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with an accounting certificate from an accredited university.
Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience.
Applied knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS.
Outstanding, responsive, polished communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, time-sensitive environment.
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications Active CPA in good standing, or actively pursuing the CPA license.
Location This position is based in the Duluth office. Candidates may also work from the Atlanta or Gainesville offices, or a hybrid arrangement, depending on commute.
