Controller / Accountant

Job Description Orange County Real Estate Development Company / Property Management Company seeks an Accountant.Candidate must have the following qualifications:Minimum of FIVE years' experience with Real Estate Development / Residential / Property Management Field.Must have extensive experience in preparing financial statements.Expert knowledge of YARDI is a MUST .Post all month-end journal entries and closing.Ability to review, analyze and prepare adjusting journal entries to the general ledger a plus.Must have excellent communication skills.Must have advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.Tax Code experience is helpful.Required Bachelor's degree, or higher, in accounting or finance.Energetic, hard-working and bright.CPAStable past employment history is required.
