Youll split your time between organizing and preparing merchandise behind the scenes and building eye-catching displays on the showroom floor that create an unforgettable customer experience.What Youll DoCreate and maintain stylish, visually engaging showroom displays and lifestyle setupsAccessorize spaces using wall art, rugs, lamps, tabletop dcor, and other home accentsReceive, unbox, tag, and organize showroom accessories and merchandiseHelp keep the showroom floor, accessory warehouse, and clearance areas clean, polished, and customer-readyAssist with inventory management, product tagging, and showroom replenishmentResearch and resolve inventory discrepancies as neededCoordinate with warehouse and showroom teams to ensure smooth product movement and setupHandle returned or damaged merchandise appropriately and efficientlyWhat Were Looking ForDegree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred or 2+ years of relevant experienceA creative eye for design and attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable learning inventory and purchase order systemsWillingness to travel between the Cuyahoga Falls and Fairlawn showroom locations regularlyAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 75 poundsComfortable with physical activity including standing, walking, kneeling, stretching, and moving merchandise throughout the dayWhy Youll Love Working HereWere more than just a furniture and home dcor retailer were a team thats passionate about helping customers create spaces they love.
