Customer Service Representative I - Bilingual (Weekends)
LOCATION: 3396 Stockton Hills Road, Kingman, AZ 86409
SCHEDULE: Monday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotation)
Requires a flexible schedule with opening and closing the office as a possible shift, as well as weekends.
Under the direction of the Customer Service Unit Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative I will perform a variety of tasks regarding customer, vendor and retailer services. This position will provide game information, policy and procedures, and rules and regulations via interaction with various customers via telephone, in-person and through other correspondence.

What You'll Do
Perform data entry.
Research and resolve various customer problems and complaints.
Operate a computer, ticket terminals, calculator, and various office equipment.
Prepare fiscal transactions and reconciliation reports.
Handle cash transactions and balancing.
Handling customers/players visiting the lottery location, selling, and redeeming tickets, answering questions, providing materials, explaining processes and games.
Handling phone inquiries, providing winning numbers, mailing requested materials.
Preparing bank deposits, balancing daily reconciliation, preparing correspondence, and preparing winner check up to the designated amount.
Other duties as assigned.
