Tailor acquisition processes for speed while balancing cost, schedule, and technical performance. Collaborate with warfighters and other stakeholders to identify and define requirements. Manage available resources, consider alternatives, implement cost, schedule and technical performance tradeoffs to deliver quality products and services. Experience in executing R&D funds.
