Senior Mechanical Engineer

About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and analyze mechanical systems, components, and productsCreate and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentationPerform simulations, calculations, and stress/thermal analyses to validate designsBuild, test, and evaluate prototypes; troubleshoot and resolve design issuesCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure designs are producible and compliantEnsure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and safety requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives for performance, reliability, and cost reductionParticipate in design reviews and contribute technical expertise throughout the product lifecycleRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 4 YOEStrong understanding of mechanical design principles and materialsProficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar)Experience with engineering analysis tools and methodsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringFamiliarity with GD&T, FEA, and/or CFDKnowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirementsCompensation Range: $70K - $150K
