That takes clear standards, strong leadership, and practical execution on the floor.We are building consistent, reliable safety practices across all warehouse facilities, and we need a leader who knows how to make safety real in fast-moving environments.We are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to own and lead health and safety across Fullscript’s warehouse facilities. This role sets expectations, supports site leaders, and turns safety data into action. You will spend time in the warehouses, partner with operations, and help teams prevent incidents before they happen. Your work will directly shape how safety shows up day to day.LocationThis role is ideally based near one of our warehouse facilities in Virginia, Kansas, or Arizona. Regular on-site presence is important, and travel between facilities will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs across all warehouse locationsMonitor compliance with OSHA, provincial, and local health and safety regulationsEnsure compliance with OSHA 300 logs requirementsDefine, track, and report safety KPIs; analyze trends and share insights with site leaders and operations leadershipLead safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsDevelop, deliver, and maintain safety training, onboarding, and compliance education for warehouse teamsLead emergency preparedness, incident response, and business continuity planning for distribution operationsSupport internal and external audits and regulatory inspectionsPartner closely with the Quality team on food safety, regulatory requirements, and shared auditsAct as the primary EHS advisor to site leaders, providing hands-on guidance and supportDrive continuous improvement initiatives and reinforce a proactive, practical safety culture across sitesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred5–8 years of EHS experience in distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics environmentsExperience supporting multi-site operations or complex warehouse environmentsStrong working knowledge of US and Canadian occupational health & safety regulations (OSHA, WSIB, etc.)Proven experience leading audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, and compliance programsAbility to operate independently and influence site leaders without direct authorityStrong communication, analytical, and project management skillsExperience building, scaling, or standardizing EHS programs across multiple locations preferredAbility to travel as needed (US & Canada) is a must Professional safety certification (CSP, CHSO, CRSP, or equivalent) preferredSpanish language skills are a bonusWhat We Can Offer YouFlexible Paid Time Off programFullscript’s 401 (k) match programStock OptionsCustom benefits package (medical, dental, vision) with HSADiscount on Fullscript catalog of products for family & friendsTraining budget and company-wide learning initiatives Employee Wellness Programs We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
