Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Kids First is a fast-growing ABA agency servicing families across New York, and we are currently looking for experienced and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Queens. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs Track session data and client progress Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients and families Collaborate closely with the clinical team Requirements Active RBT Certification (Required) Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation preferred Ability to work after-school hours and/or weekends At Kids First, we are more than a company — we are a team focused on making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
