Technical Content Developer
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Content Developer to join their team. As a Technical Content Developer, you will be part of the Learning Resource Development team supporting content creation, training materials, and business documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating clear, engaging content which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Raleigh, North Carolina
Pay Range:$32/hr
What's the Job?
Create and update training materials, process documentation, and business content
Support ongoing content maintenance and data entry efforts during a system transition
Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather information and develop effective content
Assist with the creation of visual content, including infographics and training resources
Collaborate with team members to improve existing content and support business initiatives
What's Needed?
3-6 years of experience in technical writing, content development, training content, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating business documentation, procedural guides, or training materials
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or digital content libraries
Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and ask thoughtful questions
