Because it’s always Sangria Season.Role SummaryThis is a field-based sales role for a hungry, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.You’ll be responsible for opening new accounts, building long-term customer relationships, working closely with distributor reps, executing tastings and activations, and driving depletions across both on- and off-premise accounts throughout Northern New Jersey.This is not a desk job. It’s a market-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, owning a territory, and helping scale an emerging alcohol brand.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow Sangri’s footprint across assigned on- and off-premise accountsOpen new accounts and build lasting buyer relationshipsPartner closely with distributor sales reps to drive placements and depletionsExecute tastings, samplings, promotions, and in-market activationsMaintain a disciplined account visit schedule and consistent follow-upTrack sales activity, tastings, and account performanceRepresent Sangri as a passionate brand ambassador in the marketIdentify local growth opportunities and new placementsQualificationsOutside sales experience preferred (beverage alcohol experience strongly preferred)Strong relationship-building and communication skillsSelf-motivated, disciplined, organized, and highly accountableComfortable working independently across a large territoryEntrepreneurial, hunter mentalitySignificant driving required throughout Northern New JerseyValid driver’s license and clean driving recordFlexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for tastings/eventsCompensation & GrowthBase Salary + Uncapped Performance BonusOn-Target Earnings (OTE):Year 1: $55,000–$70,000Year 2: $75,000–$95,000+Additional Benefits:Monthly car stipendMonthly gas stipendPotential equity participation for the right long-term candidateOpportunity for advancement as Sangri continues scalingIdeal CandidateYou’re someone who:Loves relationship sellingIsn’t afraid of rejectionKnows how to follow up persistently without being pushyTakes ownership like it’s your own businessWants to help build something meaningful, not just work a jobApplySend your resume and a brief introduction to epaley@uvasangria.com or apply directly via LinkedIn.
