Victoire is dedicated to driving client success through productivity and efficiency. Role Description This is a full-time Java Developer role located on-site in Phoenix, AZ. The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, testing and debugging software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring application performance and scalability. The developer will also contribute to framework improvements and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications Strong proficiency in core Java development, experience with object-oriented programming, and knowledge of frameworks such as Spring or HibernateFamiliarity with web technologies, including RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with database management and query languages such as SQLAbility to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, along with testing and debugging skillsKnowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
