This is a full-time, on-site role that involves leading a team, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing program implementation, and driving enrollment growth. Key responsibilities include guiding and motivating staff, managing scheduling and reporting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the core values and mission of Brain Balance in the community. The Director will engage directly in supporting program participants and their families throughout their journeys.
