Line Cook

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook located in Montgomery, TX. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. The Line Cook will work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in cooking and food preparation, with knowledge of various cooking techniquesProficiency in maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen environments, following food safety standardsStrong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentTeamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staffPrevious culinary experience or relevant training is preferred but not mandatoryCommitment to punctuality, reliability, and excellence in serviceAbility to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as neededAvailability to work night, weekends and some holidays.
