This role will also oversee HR staff and play a key role in building a strong, high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership on recruiting, retention, and succession planningManage full-cycle recruiting for key and leadership rolesSupervise HR team and provide guidance on complex employee mattersLead employee relations, investigations, and terminationsEnsure compliance with employment laws and HR best practicesSupport and enhance compensation and benefits programsDevelop onboarding, training, and employee development initiativesMaintain HR systems, records, and training complianceBuild talent pipelines and represent the company at recruiting eventsQualificationsBachelor’s degree + 4+ years HR experience, or Associate’s + 6+ yearsSupervisory experience preferredSkillsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsSolid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
