Arizona Service Center Representative

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to health insurance, documenting and responding according to established policies Prepare correspondence and documents in response to customer inquiries while meeting departmental performance standards Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure outstanding customer service and timely issue resolutionRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge Up to one year of experience in a high-paced contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or managed care Ability to use technology tools for research and customer inquiries Excellent organizational and time management skills Bilingual candidates preferred; an Associate's degree and additional experience are also preferred
