Production Associate - 2nd Shift

We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on second shift!Monday - Thursday: 2:15pm - 12:45amOverview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.Responsibilities:Operate machinery safely according to company policiesPerform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolvedCross train and assist in other departments as requiredRequirementsTo be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experienceEducation: HS DiplomaSkills: Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detailCharacteristics: Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver resultsBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insurance
