Responsibilities include designing innovative packaging, conducting research and development, managing packaging projects, and ensuring solutions meet functional and aesthetic requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality packaging solutions tailored to client needs, with an emphasis on precision, creativity, and efficient project execution.QualificationsExpertise in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design, with a strong focus on creating innovative and sustainable solutions.Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for packaging, including material selection and process optimization skills.Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Packaging principles, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and product protection.Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to organize workflows, coordinate with teams, and meet deadlines effectively.Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field.Familiarity with sustainable packaging practices and industry trends is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team engagement.
